My friend Chantale introduced me to these. She told me I would love them. She knows me well! Ever since trying them with her, I have dream about Yucca Fries. They are so good and even better then French fries, I would have to argue. Last night I met up with some friends at Guantanamera, this awesome Cuban Restaurant that has great food and drinks and live music!! I ordered some. They were amazing as always!
What is the sauce that goes with them?
